INNER FOUNDATIONS- A Body Refinery LLC

Inner Foundations is a studio built out of the dedication to functional pain free movement for all. It is a lovely, organized, well equipped Pilates studio, and yoga room with dimmible lights, water cooler and clean bathrooms right outside the room. A 1500 sq ft studio with part of the main room having equipment and part open floor space. A private treatment room is also available with a calming atmosphere. I know that there are some teachers who don't have access to large spaces to work with their clients, or have given up their traditional studio space since Covid. Contact me if you are interested in renting out the studio or treatment room by the hour or on a monthly basis-  this can include use of most of the equipment. There are different rates for room use vs equipment use, and hourly vs monthly. An ideal space for your workshops or special movement events. I look forward to helping you grow your business or maintain your classes in an economic way.

We are located in the beautiful renovated Reel Factory building in the Ken Caryl Business Park close to C-470 and Kipling.

Rental Rates:

Reformer classes or Pilates equipment privates: $30/hour OR $25/hour monthly

Floor classes (yoga etc) or Treatment Room: $25/hour OR $20/hour monthly
